This is the hilarious moment that Knicks star Carmelo Anthony tried his hand at acting - in a wax museum.

The basketball player, clearly having time to spare one afternoon, positioned himself in a shooting pose among the exhibits at Madam Tussaud's in New York and tried to stay completely still.

When visitors stopped to admire the realistic attributes of the wax statue, Anthony would spring into life, leaving them gasping and giggling with shock.

"I do some acting, but that was probably one of the toughest acting jobs to do, because it's right on the spot," he said during the video of the joke posted on YouTube.
