RFD-TV began a new national marketing campaign at the Daytona International Speedway Friday,  July 4th with a RFD-TV sponsored car. 

The RFD-TV car was driven by Brad Baker, and displayed the logos of Crook & Chase, Imus In The Morning, and Ralph Emery "LIVE" while featuring the RFD-TV logo prominently on the yellow and red #37 car.  Lorianne got to see the pit crew in action.  Click here to see more pictures.

It's the case of the "cheesy" hairspray! 
Ricky Skaggs had been joking about the strong aroma of the cheese and cracker snack tray that was delivered to his dressing room on the Crook & Chase  show.  The whole backstage area smelled like Ricky's cheese!  So, when the conversation turned to Ricky's signature hairstyle, his wife Sharon White and Charlie put two and two together!

Lorianne and her husband, producer Jim Owens, celebrate Tom T. Hall's induction into the Country Music Hall of Fame. Tom's friends and family threw a starlit backyard barbecue to celebrate one of country music's all time great talents!

Please pass on my huge thanks to Lorianne for her Celebrity Close Up interviews! I am LOL-ing a lot at how she was ambushed by some of the folks she interviewed. Please let Lorianne know that she has not lost her touch, those guys (Joe Nichols, Bucky Covington and Jake Owen) were just in their own rascal moods! I attended both segments and loved all of them. Definitely those were moments I would evaluate as highlights of my trek to Nashville for over a week of fun times. Laughing along with friends during those segments meant so much to us.  Those were some terrific examples of the fun waiting there in Nashville for us fans! We really appreciate her efforts and the appearances of those singers for their sharing with us. -- Marilyn, Metamora, IL
