Charlie is accusing Lorianne of "healthing up" her chocolate mousse recipe, which by the way is one of Charlie's favorite desserts. In fact, Charlie helped make Lorianne's original chocolate mousse recipe on an episode of Celebrity Kitchen.

In her constant quest to make great tasting food more healthy, Lorianne has now learned of a new way to make mousse. The recipe was passed along by her sister, and it substitutes an avocado for all of the butter and cream that makes regular mousse so smooth and creamy. And all of that dark chocolate disguises the green. Lorianne's brother-in-law didn't even know he was eating the new healthy mousse. He just knew that it tasted wonderful. So... try it for yourself!
