2 pints strawberries
2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoon Jim Beam® Bourbon
Wash the strawberries, but do not hull.
Combine the remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth.
Use as a dipping sauce for the strawberries.
Makes 3 cups.
